Courses we offer
Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B.)
Five-Year Integrated Programme
The B.A. LL.B. programme integrates social sciences with legal education, enabling students to develop a comprehensive understanding of law, governance, public policy, and justice. The course is ideal for students who wish to pursue law immediately after completing Higher Secondary (10+2).
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – Three-Year Programme
The LL.B. programme is designed for graduates from any recognized discipline who aspire to build a career in the legal profession. The curriculum combines theoretical learning with practical exposure through moot courts, internships, legal aid activities, and research.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) – Criminal Law
This postgraduate specialization provides advanced knowledge of criminal jurisprudence, criminology, victimology, forensic science, cybercrime, criminal justice administration, and contemporary developments in criminal law. It prepares students for careers in litigation, judiciary, prosecution, academia, and research.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
The LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights focuses on copyright, patents, trademarks, geographical indications, industrial designs, and emerging issues in technology and innovation. The programme equips students to meet the growing demand for legal professionals in intellectual property law.
Eligibility
Admissions are granted strictly in accordance with the eligibility criteria and admission guidelines prescribed by the University of Mumbai, the Government of Maharashtra, and other competent regulatory authorities, as applicable.
